My goal is to capture the beauty of your home. To help with this process, I have compiled a list of items of things for the owner to do prior to your scheduled shoot.

General Prep
Be Shoot-Ready
Please ensure that cleaning and staging are completed prior to my arrival. While I may adjust small items for better composition, larger items should be arranged before I arrive.
Pets
Dogs and cats must be secured or off the property. Pet supplies should also be hid as well.
People
All occupants of the home should be either off property or plan on being in areas where they will not show up in photos.
Storage
Garages and closets are not normally photographed. Place any items you would like to hide in these areas.
Interior Prep
Kitchen
Clear kitchen counters. This includes dishes, sponges, rags, etc. Clear the outside of the refrigerator and remove rugs from floor.
Bathrooms
Hide all personal items from bathroom. This includes toothbrushes/toothpaste, razors, and towels. Clean mirrors and shower doors. Remove rugs from floor.
Bedrooms
Make sure all beds are made and laundry baskets are hidden. Remove any personal items you do not want in the photos.
Entryways
Remove all shoes, hats, coats, umbrellas and similar items from entryways.
Miscellaneous
Hide all trash cans, portable fans, air purifiers, sleep aid machines, or any other items that distract from the room.
Lights/Ceiling Fans
Turn on all interior lights. Replace any bulbs that are burned out or are mismatched colors. All ceiling fans need to be turned off.
Windows
Make sure all windows are clean. Make sure all blinds are open and at the same level as other windows in the room.
Exterior Prep
Vehicles
Remove all vehicles from the driveway. If possible, try not to park any vehicles in front of the home.
Lawn
Mow and trim yard a couple days prior to the day of the shoot. If you have a dog, please remove any waste in the yard.
Pool/spa
If there is a pool or spa on property, please have them cleaned and covers removed (weather permitting).
Patio
Remove covers from patio furniture.
Water Features
If you have fountains, waterfalls, ponds, etc. please clean and have running.
Miscellaneous
Put garbage cans and hoses in garage. Remove far sale sign if one is in the yard. Make sure garage door is closed.
