At DS Aerial Images, my dedication is unwavering in delivering top-notch service and final products to my clients. I offer flexibility in image usage, only requesting notification for intended uses and appropriate credit (Photos by DS Aerial Images) when utilizing my visuals.
Privacy Policy
All information collected is handled with strict confidentiality. I never distribute or trade your data with third-party entities. If you provided your email, name, and phone number, this data is solely utilized internally and for potential future promotional purposes. You maintain the option to unsubscribe from any email communication via the link provided at the bottom of each message.
Rights
According to prevailing copyright legislation,DS Aerial Images maintains complete ownership of all photographs.
The Photographer maintains full rights to images captured of properties, unless explicitly outlined otherwise in written agreement. These images are solely licensed for marketing purposes to the Listing Agent ("CLIENT") of the property for the duration of the active listing (up to one year). The Client is granted permission to utilize all images for any marketing endeavors related to the property and for self-promotion until the license expires. Additionally, the Client's parent company may utilize the photos solely for marketing the specific property photographed.
Any use of the images by a third party, such as architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is strictly prohibited without written approval from the photographer.
Payment/Fees
All invoices are to be paid within 5 days of receiving the images and invoice. DS Aerial Images retains the authority to cancel, postpone, or decline scheduling future photo shoots until the account is brought up to date.
Refunds
I guarantee customer satisfaction with all our work. In the event that you have a valid reason for dissatisfaction with the images, I will happily return and redo the shoot at no extra charge.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Kindly inform me within a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel the shoot. DS Aerial Images reserves the right to apply a 50% fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. Please be aware that the full shoot amount may be charged if I arrive at the property and find the shoot canceled, including instances of denied access or unpreparedness of the home for photos.
Realtors are responsible for checking the weather before scheduling a shoot. No exceptions! In case of rain during the shoot, interior shots will proceed as scheduled, while exterior shots will be postponed or rescheduled for a later time.
